Low or no water flow
Confirm that the cartridge is fully seated and locked, the water supply is open, and the correct XWFE code was installed. Air in the line can cause temporary sputtering during the required flush.
Leak at the housing
Stop dispensing, remove the cartridge, inspect the sealing surfaces for packaging, debris or damage, and reinstall without tools or excessive force. Persistent leakage requires the model-specific service instructions.
Filter light remains on
